Interested in joining the fun? 2,500+ people want to eat / drink / buy / smell / touch / wear / learn about you!
Background: 2019 saw the overwhelming success of the very first SperryFest street festival organized by the Sperryville Community Alliance (a not for profit, 501(c)3). Over 30 local artisans, food vendors and non-profits participated to attract 2000+ attendees for a day of community, camaraderie, shopping and the ever popular Duck Race Down the Mighty Thornton River.
Now in it’s fifth year, SperryFest is back and better than ever! The event takes place Saturday April 26th and we are expecting very large crowds.
Booth fees are priced accordingly:
Non-Profits - $25
Artisans - $75
Alcohol Vendors - $75
Food Vendor - $125 (separate application)
All vendors will be juried. You must be approved and booth fees paid, prior to setting up. Available spaces are filled on a first come / first serve basis.
Funds raised from the event go directly to support community improvement projects. The Sperryville Community Alliance is a volunteer run organization so 100% of monies raised go to work locally.

Vendor Booth Fee Payment (read below!)
BEFORE checking out on this page to pay your vendor fee, you must be approved by the SperryFest organizing committee.
If you have been approved for SperryFest 2025, select your vendor type, click “add to cart” to pay for your booth fee. Please use this ONLY if you have been approved by the organizers.
If you’ve not yet been approved and would like to apply, please email sperryfestparticipate@gmail.com with a description of your hand crafted items for sale, and 3- 5 pictures. We will review them and let you know if you are approved.
This checkout feature is a convenience for vendors wishing to pay by credit card. You may also pay via check to the address on your application.

What is the event time?
Saturday, April 26, 2025 - 10 AM - 5 PM. Setup begins at 7:30 AM. Vendors must stay through 5 PM. Main Street needs to be reopened by 6 PM.

I'm a vendor, can I request a specific location where I want my tent to be?
In a short answer, no. We assign tent locations based on a lot of different factors, it's quite the puzzle. We need this flexibility to be able to make everyone fit - and park - near Main St. We have a maximum capacity for tents on Main St.
Where will I park my car if I'm a vendor?
We assign all vendors 1 parking space per tent near Main St. If they need to park more than 1 car, they park those at event parking.
What is the application deadline?
3/29/2025 We can fill to capacity, so we take folks on a first come, first serve basis after we have received both their application and payment. If we are at capacity, we have a waitlist for cancellations.

How much space do I get as a vendor?
a 10 foot by 10 foot tent, with all of your things being within the tent space.
Are artisans juried?
Yes, artisans are juried by us, local, and all of their items must be hand crafted. We often get and decline requests to sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs things like that - which does not meet the artisan criteria.
What is “Go Green”?
As part of the Go Green initiative this year, the organizers are working directly with the food vendors to use recyclable and biodegradable serving ware as well as bins for composable food stuffs while avoiding single use plastics.
