Welcome to Scaryville!

Halloween in Sperryville has become a beloved community tradition, and Scaryville is the place to be!

For one special evening, Main Street transforms into a safe, festive, and family-friendly destination where children can show off their costumes, collect treats, and enjoy the magic of Halloween with neighbors and friends. In a rural community where traditional trick-or-treating can be challenging, Scaryville brings everyone together for a memorable night of fun.

Thanks to the support of local residents, businesses, volunteers, the Fire Department, Rescue Squad, Sheriff's Office, State Police, VDOT, and Rappahannock County, Main Street will be closed from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to create a safe pedestrian-friendly Halloween experience.

Whether you're handing out treats, dressing up in costume, or simply joining the festivities, Scaryville is a celebration of what makes our community special.

Come join us for an evening of costumes, candy, laughter, and hometown Halloween fun!.
